No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability. Hotels, restaurants, attractions, tours, and other businesses referenced in our guides and recommendations reflect information available at the time of research and publication. Businesses may close, change ownership, alter their offerings, or become unavailable at any time without our knowledge. Echo Point Travel makes no guarantee that any specific hotel, restaurant, attraction, or business mentioned will be open, operating, or available at the time of your travel.
No Bookings Made on Your Behalf. Echo Point Travel does not book flights, accommodations, tours, or other travel arrangements on behalf of clients. All bookings, reservations, and purchases based on our recommendations are made directly by you, the traveler, and are subject to the terms and policies of the respective businesses.
Traveler Responsibility. We strongly recommend independently verifying the current status, hours, availability, and booking requirements of any business or attraction before your trip, including checking directly with the business or a licensed booking platform.
Limitation of Liability. Echo Point Travel is not liable for any loss, expense, inconvenience, or damage arising from reliance on information provided in our guides, itineraries, or recommendations, including but not limited to closed businesses, changed pricing, cancelled reservations, or unavailable attractions.
No Refunds for Outdated Information. Digital itinerary guides are sold as informational products reflecting research at the time of publication. Purchases are final; refunds are not provided on the basis that a specific recommendation within a guide has since become outdated or unavailable.
